I have studied and performed Middle Eastern Bellydance or Raks Sharqi as we refer to the dance for 25 years with some of the best instructors from this and other countries around the world.
I have performed for numerous prestigious affairs and events in the United States and Canada including the International Freedom Festival in Canada, The Arab/Chaldean Festivals in Detroit and Dearborn, The Old World Market in Southfield Michigan, The Arts Festival at Wayne State University and Henry Ford College, Senior Friendship Days at Chene Park, celebration for the Mayor of Dearborn, and many other events during my 25 years of dance.
I have taught dance for 15 years. The last 10 years with the City Of Detroit Parks and Recreation Department and Specialized Services for Seniors .
I was a member of The Daughters of Peace Middle Eastern Dance Troupe for many years and The Michigan Council For The Arts. I am the Director of The Shani Dancers, Vibrations Of Colour and The Senior Visions Dance Company.
I Specialize In Dance For Fun and Fitness For All Sizes and Ages.
